David Mitts

Founder and President of Destiny House Restoration Center. David Mitts is a M.Ac.,E.A.M.P medical practitioner of Classical Acupuncture and has devoted his life to healing at all levels, body mind and spirit.

He is a graduate of both the prestigious Harvard University with a degree in Psychology and from the Maryland University of Integrative Health where he received his Masters Degree in Classical Acupuncture. He is also a licensed and ordained minister and founded One New Man Ministry. He combines both his extensive background in natural healing with a spiritual commitment to the healing of the whole person. David and Lisa have 4 grown children and 4 grandchildren.

Lisa Mitts

Director of Administration and Fundraising, Lisa Mitts received her B.S. in Journalism and Communications with a minor in Music Performance from the University of Florida. Together with her husband, David, they founded One New Man Healing Center both in Seattle, WA as well as in Tiberius, Israel for the time they lived there (7/2006 – 12/2010). Lisa also launched her music career with her first professional recording in 2009 and established Lisa Mitts Music.

Much of her performances in the last few years have been for the purpose of bringing awareness and change to the horrific reality of sex-trafficking, especially the rising numbers here in the United States. She is a recognized artist with IJM (International Justice Mission) and has devoted half of her proceeds from the sale of her newest album, Songbird to Destiny House Restoration Center.

Charles Harris

Charles Harris is a dedicated individual driven by a profound passion for empowering others to prosper. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Mississippi State University, Charles’s journey transcends the realms of academia into a life devoted to purposeful service.

For over two decades, Charles has seamlessly blended his engineering acumen with dynamic leadership in various ministry roles, fostering genuine connections with people. His mission is simple yet impactful: “helping people win” and guiding them to live life with purpose. Charles’s coaching prowess has been a beacon, illuminating the unique strengths and talents of many individuals along the way.

Beyond personal development, Charles’s heart beats for humanitarian causes. He has actively engaged in initiatives that liberate people from the shackles of modern-day slavery, particularly within the harrowing realms of human sex trafficking.

Donna Zorn

Board Member, Donna Zorn, MS, MFT, is a Marriage and Family Therapist in solo private practice in Bellevue, WA. since 1994. Donna is also involved with Restoring Hearts, which is a ministry working with wives of sex addicts. This group of women are hurting at such a deep level. She has been a breakout session speaker on topics of the heart and marriage issues. Donna is also an International speaker for Covenant Keepers Inc. since 1989. This is a marriage restoration ministry. Having spoken at retreats and the Canadian Yellow Ribbon Day, she well versed in broken families and then the restoration process. Donna has been on Board of Destiny House Restoration Center since its inception, and is deeply committed to assisting in the process of helping our clients rebuild their lives once they have escaped the bondage of human sex trafficking.

Lisa Mitts, a singer-songwriter and beacon of hope, has led Destiny House Restoration Center since 2012, using her inspiring music and benefit concerts to raise funds for safe transition homes and the H.E.A.R.T.S program, while educating communities in Prescott, Arizona, about human trafficking prevention.

Elisa Joy Olivier-Nielsen

Elisa has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for over 25 years, and she uses her gifts and strengths to develop strategies to help people to live healthy and long lives.

Elisa began her journey by learning, pursuing and teaching health and wellness. But now, she pursues divine health, and is passionate about seeing people set free from what physically and emotionally afflicts them. 

Elisa has a special place in her heart for women who have suffered and lost a great deal, and she is privileged to be on our board to support the efforts of Destiny House in any way she can.

Brandon Bee

Hailing from the Pacific NW, Brandon Bee has worked with some of the greatest. Producing and recording albums in his early years for his musical family opened up doors for him to intern at Pacific Studios (Sir Mix a lot, Queen Latifa, Vicci Martinez) and then spent a summer with producer Lou Carteau (Harry Connick Jr., Whitney Houston, etc).

Brandon sharpened his skills when he moved to Nashville to work for a year with Premier Records which pushed him forward to work with Christian artists including Stacie Orico and Circleslide. He then worked in Artist Development for several record labels which landed production credits for major artists including Justin Beiber, Allen Stone and many more. For the last several years, Brandon has dedicated his life to produce music for artists that have a missionary heart to reach the lost but not always considered Christian genre artists. He has written and produced hundreds of worship songs written in many languages around the world and also produces benefit concerts with thousands attending for Union Gospel Mission in Seattle. He has produced Lisa Mitts’s music since 2019 and has been a featured part of the Evening of Destiny Benefit Concerts since 2021.

Vienna Welch

Vienna Welch is a dedicated and accomplished Senior probation officer with a career spanning nearly a decade. Her journey in the field of probation began in 2014 when she embarked on a mission to make a difference in the lives of individuals in the Yavapai County, Arizona area.

Vienna has managed caseloads ranging from felony offenders to those deemed ‘encourageables,’ covering a wide age range from 8 to 19 years old. Her dedication to fostering rehabilitation and positive change in these young lives became a defining characteristic of her career. She facilitated collaborations with school resource officers and administrators, creating an environment where the integration of resources and support systems for young offenders became a reality. This was the first-ever such partnership in Yavapai County.

Her specialization in combating human trafficking became another cornerstone of her career. She serves as the leading expert and liaison for YC within the Arizona Office of the Court. Her work in this area was instrumental in raising awareness, preventing trafficking, and providing support to its victims and played a pivotal part in imparting evidence-based practices to Juvenile Court personnel.

Beverly Jackson

Felecia Rachner has been a Registered Nurse for 18 plus years. She obtained her bachelor’s in nursing at Pacific Lutheran University. Upon graduation, she went directly to the emergency department where she spent just over 14 years, then went on to one year as a critical care transport nurse and the remainder of her career in mental health (both inpatient as an Acute Psychiatric Nurse Manager and outpatient as a Primary Care Mental Health Case Manager).

She obtained her master’s degree in Communities, Population & Health in 2009 from the University of Washington. She cares for people during traumatic times in their lives whether it be physical or mental health. Her compassion, integrity and advocacy has led her here to help fight the battle against human/sex trafficking and to help guide Destiny House Restoration Center as we follow God’s path to provide care for the survivors as they transition out of sex trafficking.
